To request a refund, you can contact us with your order details within three days of your purchase. Your refund request reason is optional; however you are always welcome to share your feedback as we feel that customer feedback is precious and will take very seriously and use it to constantly improve our offers and quality of services. Refunds will be processed within 21 days period.

• Refund for hotel payment will follow the hotel’s cancellation policy.
• Flight tickets cancellations will follow the airlines policy.
• Please note that convenience fee charged at the time of booking will not be refundable.
