Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation process will be taken into consideration if the cancellation request is made within 72 hours of placing an order.
- There is no cancellation of orders which is commencing on the same day of placing an order.
- Cancellation of orders will not be considered for those which have been booked under the category of limited special offers.
- You can always bring it to our notice within 24 hours of receiving the product that if you feel the offer received is not the same as shown on the site or as per your expectations. Our Customer Service Team will immediately look into the complaint and will take appropriate action.
- Some bookings may be non-refundable as per the specific airline’s policy.
- Please note that convenience fee charged at the time of booking is non-refundable.
